2020 was a humble year for most, if not for all of us. The importance of our relationships, the value of our time and our health were emphasised. And in terms of business, it seems that most of us applied grit, intelligence and creativity to survive the unruly waters of the unknown.
For fear of coming across boastful, I almost did not want to do this snippet of news to you, but with the world in a semi-depression following the 2020 shock, I was reminded of the value of relationships, especially our relationships with you. And the fact of the matter is that the success, or achievement of our company is very much cemented in the foundations of our relationships with our clients, business partners and connections.
I do, however, want to boast a little bit about my team, as they have gone above and beyond to achieve not only 2 awards at National level, but continued to trump some of South Africa and Africa's largest real estate competitors, to eventually be awarded Best Real Estate Agency Single Office in Africa by the International Property Awards for 2020 - 2021.
